One made the community's free amenity harder to replicate anywhere else on the Estero River. The other put a Michelin-starred chef within a golf-cart mindset of your front gate. If you already live here, you know the shuttle. You've probably taken the two-hour round trip down the mangroves to Lovers Key at least once, maybe with out-of-town family, maybe just for the dolphin-watching along the way.
